We have moved!  Our new location is at 238 3rd Ave SE, Albany OR 97321.  We are on the corner of 3rd and Montgomery across from DHS.  We are in the old white church that was formerly the Yoga Center!

OUR VISION

C.H.A.N.C.E. is a recovery support service operating in an establishment in Albany, Oregon.  It is facilitated by people in recovery who have the knowledge, personal experience, and leadership skills to be able to be one of our most attractive features of how recovery works in lives and continues to grow and develop with time.  C.H.A.N.C.E. is a safe place for people in recovery and their families while they obtain the resources, knowledge, skills, self awareness, support, recreational activities, and guidance needed to become healthy productive members of thier families and community.  C.H.A.N.C.E.  offers many clear-cut advantages, improvements and resources, not offered by standard treatment facilities and other agencies, for the continued growth of long-term recovery.

OUR MISSION

To assist individuals within our community who have mental health and/or addiction related issues, and who are seeking recovery to effectively implement positive change.  C.H.A.N.C.E. provides support, guidance, and the necessary resources to facilitate development of life skills.  C.H.A.N.C.E. integrates short-term goals with long-term goals so individuals have a better chance of becoming productive members of our community.  Our goal is to demonstrate our commitment by applying spiritual values.
